AccountNgt has made correct predictions about several other PS5 games like Hogwarts Legacy and Star Wars Eclipse, as well as big developments like Sony’s purchase of former Halo and Destiny 2 developer Bungie earlier this year – adding credence to the theory that a current-gen RDR2 update is on the way.
Now, a reliable gaming new leaker by the handle of AccountNgt was recently asked about a potential PS5/Xbox Series update for Red Dead Redemption 2 on Twitter, to which they responded that “ it’s coming.” They had no further information to give on the subject, even when asked when they think it will be released, but they seem certain that Red Dead Redemption 2 will be upgraded for current systems at some point in the future.
